Process Engineer Main Purpose of Job
Execute and coordinate all activities related to process design and manufacturing of our capital investment projects.   Main Responsibilities

 

· Implement capital investment projects for new processing lines · Conduct activities for process design (mass balance, flow-sheet, P&ID, material lists etc.) · Coordinate design between product, packaging and process · Suppliers selection, equipment supply and installation supervision · Organize / perform relevant trials, tests and analysis for process design, installation, product and operational qualification · Make sure standards are applied

 

  Knowledge (S=Standard D=Developed H/D=Highly Developed) · Processing technologies (HD) · Project management (HD) · Regulatory requirements for food safety and equipment safety (D) · Process automation, analytical and monitoring technologies (HD) · Design for TPM (HD) · Lean design methodology (D) · Filling and packaging technologies (D) · Supply chain and sustainability of raw materials (S) · Food safety and hygienic design (HD) ·Packaging design (S)   Required Qualifications   · Engineer (mechanical, electrical, chemical or food) · Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in project work in the food industry or closely related industry. · Capital investment projects with focus on manufacturing, food industry and process development (PMI certification would be an advantage) · Knowledge in Mechanics, Thermo-dynamics, Heat and Mass transfer mandatory · Fluency in English (written / oral) and at least one other language · Mobility and Flexibility   Skills · Strong team player · Good people management skills to manage project team members & contractors · Build optimal technical detail designs and equipment specifications for our nutrition processes · Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis (risk assessment) and validation · Strong analytical skills, highly organized, systematic and diligent · Project management skills     WORLDWIDE travel mobility is a MUST   If you believe you have the profile we are looking for and are interested in this opportunity, we look forward to hearing from you!
